Vladimir, Rostov Regions Send Joint Business Mission to Uzbekistan at End-March
Vladimir and Rostov regions sent a joint business mission to Uzbekistan on March 28-30, organized and facilitated by the Association of Small and Medium-Sized Exporters (ASMEX) at the request of the regional Export Support Centers in Vladimir and Rostov.
The mission resulted in more than a hundred of В2В negotiations and discussions with potential Uzbek trade partners.
A seminar on particulars of export to Uzbekistan was held on March 29.
The Trade Representation of the Russian Federation responded to ASMEX’s request to meet Vladimir and Rostov regions’ delegates and supplied useful information material.
According to ASMEX Executive Director Yuri Shurygin, Uzbekistan is one of the most promising export markets for Russian small and medium-sized producers. The situation has dramatically changed in Uzbekistan over the past year, and Russian producers can regard the country as an entry point to the markets of Central Asia in the near future and the markets of Afghanistan and Pakistan in the longer perspective.
On July 9, 2018 the seminar named “Marketing as Part of Export Project” was held in Yaroslavl. This seminar was conducted by well-known expert Anna Trubetskaya, a deputy director of the Association of Small and Medium-sized Exporters.
The Russian Association of Small Medium-Sized Exporters gave a master class in finding international buyers and building effective systems of sales in international markets at the Vladimir Regional Center of Export Support on June 28, 2018.
Yuri Shurygin, Executive Director of the Russian Association of Small and Medium-Sized Exporters, attended the forum held under the motto “Armenia—Cooperation” at the invitation of Erevan’s Chamber of Commerce.
